Scam- drop called

Hello This guy call me to say he was from the national lottery saying that they were doing a offer for lottery tickets for national lottery and euro , he said the tickets were only 5p instead of £2.00 he wanted bank detail and already had my home post code,
The men then said he was going to take £12 per week out of my account fixed for 3 months - he wanted me to agree a contract over the phone, when I said I could not afford this he said he could offer me another deal at only £9.00 per week and when I said NO have got angry and ask " well how much did you think this was going to cost" - He told me to get other people to join in with me to pay.
I said no and put the phone down, I was very pushy and I was frightened

Company Negative

Came up as international and when I answered a recorded message said it was about my appliance insurance and they were sorry not to find me in even though I was talking to them
